You’ll have up to 30 days to return any product, for any reason, without worrying about return costs if you select this insurance at checkout. (For orders placed between November 20 and January 1, the return period is extended until January 31).
How much does Free Return Insurance cost?
- 1€ for orders shipped to Spain and the Balearic Islands.
- 1.95€ for orders to the rest of Europe.
If you choose not to purchase the insurance, you can still return your order within 30 days, but the following costs will apply to the return label we provide:
- 4.95€ for returns from Spain.
- 5.95€ for returns from the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
- 9.95€ for returns from the rest of Europe.
Steps to make a return:
- Product condition: Ensure the product is clean, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Packing: Properly pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
- Return request:
- Access your order by clicking HERE.
- Click on "Order details" and select the option "Return or exchange".
- Download the return label.
- Label and shipping:
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Drop it off at a post office (or the indicated carrier).
- Refund: Once we receive the item, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the product.
Important note:
If the product was purchased from a Hipercalzado partner seller, you can also benefit from free return insurance. However, make sure to check the return address, as it must be that of the seller in that case.
