Steps to make a return:

• Product condition: Make sure the product is clean, unused and in its original packaging.
• Packaging: Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Return request: Access your order history by clicking HERE, click on "Order details", select the "Return or exchange" option and follow the instructions to download the return label.
• Label and shipping: Print and place the return label in a visible place on the package and hand it in at a Post Office (or the transport company indicated on the label).
• Refund: Once we receive and verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

Exceptions and special return conditions:

To guarantee the best experience and comply with current regulations, please take into account the following conditions depending on when you request the return:

During the first 14 days (Legal right of withdrawal):

• Items without right of return: For health, hygiene and intellectual property protection reasons, returns of personal care, health and hygiene items (underwear, cosmetics, etc.) or audio, video or software recordings (CDs, movies, video games, etc.) that have been unsealed or opened after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Loss of value due to handling: You have the right to open the packaging to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. However, if you return items (such as electronic products or general goods) without their original packaging in perfect condition, without manuals, without accessories, or showing signs of use that exceed mere checking, the product will suffer a legal depreciation. This loss of value will be evaluated and deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

• During this additional period, we will only accept returns of products that are strictly in their original condition, unused and with all factory seals intact. Returns of unsealed, opened or manipulated items will not be processed once the first 14 days from receipt have passed.
