Customer service is unacceptable. I received a return label which did not work and never received any help with the problem. Next, they never issued an invoice although I asked for it several times.

PEDIDO PERFECTO DEVOLUCIÓN NO SOLUCIONADA. BUENOS DÍAS, HE REALIZADO DOS PEDIDOS Y LOS DOS ME LLEGARON SUPER RÁPIDOS Y PERFECTO UNO CON FECHA 11/5/23 Y OTRO 22/5/23. EL ÚNICO PROBLEMA ES QUE DEVOLVÍ DOS PARES DE ZAPATOS DEL PRIMER PEDIDO Y AUN NO HE RECIBIDO LA DEVOLUCIÓN. Y LA ÚNICA RESPUESTA QUE HE RECIBIDO ES QUE CUANDO LLEGUEN LO DEVOLVERÁN PERO CREO QUE LLEGAR YA HA LLEGADO. Y A NO SER QUE SE HALLAN CONFUNDIDO CON LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE DOS PARES QUE NO ME HAN PODIDO SERVIR DEL SEGUNDO PEDIDO PORQUE SE QUEDARON SI EXISTENCIAS Y ESO SÍ QUE ME LOS DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO PERO LOS DOS PARES QUE YO ENTREGUÉ EN CORREOS NO ME LO DEVUELVEN Y CREO QUE LA RESPUESTA QUE ESTOY TENIENDO POR PARTE DE VDS. Me han gustado mucho . Las zapatillas me han encantado pero calzan un poco justas. Siempre uso un 38 de Munich y en este modelo necesitaré un 39.
