At Hipercalzado we guarantee your satisfaction, which is why you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to make a return completely free of charge (For orders placed from November 20 to January 1, the return period will be until January 31).

You must follow the following steps to make a return:

1. Shoes must be clean, unused and in their original packaging.

2. You must pack the shoes in such a way that they do not deteriorate during transport.

3. Select the order to return HERE. Then press "order details" and follow the steps in the "return order" option to download the free return label.

4. Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount paid.

ATTENTION: If you have bought the shoes from a Hipercalzado member, the return costs are also free, but please, check the return address. If you have purchased the product from a Hipercalzado partner, the return address must be the partner's address.
